Through ANCPAC, you can quickly and effectively support the Armenian Cause. Your donation, along with those of hundreds of ANCPAC supporters around the country, are strategically targeted to the key Congressional supporters identified by ANCPAC's legislative experts. Your hard earned dollars are leveraged by the contributions of fellow friends of the Armenian American community and and focused on backing our strongest advocates, supporting influential Members serving on key committees, helping to tip the scales in the most hotly contested races. The ANCPAC takes care of all the paperwork by transmitting your contributor information to the Federal Election Committee. PAC's are federally regulated entities that allow businesses, organizations and groups of concerned citizens to contribute money for the purpose of spending money to elect and defeat candidates. By law, businesses and organizations are not allowed to contribute directly to campaign committees, but through the formation of a federally regulated PAC, they can do so. Under the laws of the Federal Election Committee, the ANCPAC can accept $5,000 from an individual per calendar year. The ANCPAC may donate $5,000 to a candidate committee per election cycle and $15,000 per calendar year to a National Party Committee. Contributions to the ANCPAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
